Wills and probate

Everyone needs a will. No one wants confusion or disputes amongst their loved ones after they are gone. By making a will you will be able to decide how your assets are divided; who looks after your children after you are gone and make a tax efficient financial provision for your loved ones.

Administration of estates

Administering an estate once a loved one has passed away can be a complex, upsetting and technical procedure. Margarita will advise as to the procedures involved, identify and gather the assets, make HMRC returns as necessary and distribute the final estate in accordance with terms of the will or the intestacy provisions.

Enduring Power of Attorney

It makes sense to make an EPA now. By appointing someone now to look after your affairs if you become incapable in the future you can have peace of mind and know that your have removed stress and a potential burden from your family and loved ones.

You should be making a will if you have recently been married, been divorced or separated; have had children or recently moved home or retired.

It is important that final wishes are carried out correctly and Margarita’s wealth of experience in this area means you can be assured that your estate will be dealt with in a sympathetic, timely and thorough way.
